These workshops were inspired by current exhibitions at the gallery.
I have been commissioned to design, plan and deliver the following art workshops with great success to date:
09/02/2012: "The heARTy Party" @ Kirkby Gallery, Knowsley.
1 art workshop for KS2 school pupils, based on the "Your Valentine" exhibition (30 Jan-21 April 2012). (collaborative installation art workshop)
AM: Worked with a class of 32 Year 3 children from Kirkby C of E Primary School

20/03/2012: Art workshop part (ii), “Giant Alien Landscape!” as part of the Try Something Tuesdays Club at Kirkby Library & Gallery in Knowsley. Working with mixed ability group (age 8-13yrs). Creating large scale collaborative mixed media piece using drawing and collage. Theme inspired by Dr Who Books that the children have been reading.
13/03/2012: Art workshop part (i), “Giant Alien Landscape!” as part of the Try Something Tuesdays Club at Kirkby Library & Gallery in Knowsley. 4pm-6pm. Working with mixed ability group (age 8-13yrs)
